AVRE is a new footwear company founded by women that seeks to inspire women from all walks of life to live a more sustainable lifestyle without sacrificing their love for good design. I don’t know about you, but I’m sold on the mission alone.

It’s obvious to me that they have delivered on their word. These shoes are too cute to boot! Can you believe they are made with recycled plastic bottles?! Yeah, me neither!

Basic + Lux

Being a mom of two and working from home means my wardrobe isn’t quite in demand of fancy skirts and dresses. However, I love the trend of taking luxurious pieces and pairing them with casual basics for an everyday look. This satin silk skirt and cotton t-shirt combination from Revari is a perfect example. When I think of eco-friendly and sustainable clothing I think of solid colored t-shirts and linen dresses. I think eco-friendly fashion has gotten a bad reputation even though it's purpose is good. Not only do many of the clothes lack interesting design that is relevant to fashion trends, but they can extremely pricey.

Synergy Organic Clothing came on my radar through Instagram, and right away I realized that this clothing company not only creates sustainable fashion, but they have a LOT of styles to choose from. Plus, their prices are affordable. They defy the stereotype.
